We’re Looking for
Corporate Sponsors
for 2023

We've had great success with our Sponsorship campaign so far, but there are a few opportunities available for additional Sponsors. But you must act quick! Contact us now to secure your spot!

Our first full year back from the pandemic was a mix of trial and success, made memorable by the introduction of exciting new events and the return of almost all our favorites. Our success was built on the bedrock of support we received from our Corporate Sponsors, without whom we could not have accomplished all we enjoyed.

The introduction of our Bundled Membership plan for public agencies saw a surge of new enrollments, as almost two dozen agencies rushed to participate and some 250 members joined our ranks. This bodes well for all members, as these public agency representatives attend many of our events and interact closely with our corporate members.

An exciting new event debuted in 2022, as OCWA welcomed young professionals to attend a variety of events. In addition to social mixers, we hosted a very popular Career Development Panel Discussion. Plans are already in the works for new, industry-specific presentations to help usher in the newest generation of water professionals.

Next year will include more in-person luncheon presentations, but we’ll continue to simulcast them online, as well. This way, those comfortable with meeting in person can join us at Dave & Busters, while those who prefer to remain distant, or who can’t break away for lunch, can watch the presentations from their office. We expect this dual approach will be a popular option for all. And to ensure everyone’s comfort, we’ll let our speakers choose if they wish to hold their presentations in-person.

Speaking of this year’s events, we plan a return to our full slate of industry training sessions this year, and to continue to host all our social events — including our golf tournament and the Holiday Party.

Such an ambitious program will require a lot of preparation and coordination, but your new Board of Directors is more than ready for the challenge.

There are many benefits for Corporate Sponsorship. Each month, select Sponsors are featured in all promotional pieces for that month’s Industry Insight presentation. They’re also prominently displayed on a slide shown before each presentation. In addition, all Sponsors are recognized throughout the year on the OCWA website. They’re also given a page on our website dedicated to their company, with a complete writeup of their choice, along with links to their corporate website and the phone and email of their primary contact.

All this for a donation of $350. This helps underwrite our programs, and covers additional incidental costs incurred throughout the year.
